Situated near a beach, this ultimate resort house will make your trip to Pattaya one you will cherish for years to come. Conveniently located next to Cartoon Network Waterpark and a 20 mins ride to Pattaya South, this luxurious space will let you unwind in an oasis with your very own private pool, Jacuzzi pool and even jet bathtubs in your own bathroom.

3-bedroom Pool villa is situated in an exclusive residential area of ‘Baan Talay’ with 24/7 security. The house is overlooking the beach. The villa comes with a large outdoor pool attached to a jacuzzi.
The villa has 3 double en suite bedrooms, two with jet bathtubs and balconies. All rooms are air-conditioned. Free WIFI is available. The living area features a TV. We have 2 extra single beds that can be used on the living room or in any of the bedrooms for extra guests.
Light cleaning services (mopping, dusting) are available and a towel will be provided for each guest.
Two kitchens come with the property. One indoors and an outdoor Thai kitchen in an adjacent annex. The indoor kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, kettle and even a Thai kitchen. Complimentary coffee, tea & drinking water (as per the number of guests) are provided upon your arrival.
Bathroom amenities are fully provided including shower gel, shampoo & hairdryer.

During your stay, the entire property is yours to enjoy. The villa boasts 3 bedrooms, living room, dining room, 2 kitchens, garden, private swimming pool and garage.

While you can see the beach from the second floor of the house, the house itself is not directly next to the beach as there is one additional house in front of it.
However, while it is not situated directly next to the beach, you are able to walk down to the beach within minutes. It is only 40-50 meters.
While you are able to stroll around the clubhouse, you are not permitted to use to communal swimming pool or gym facilities as these are only allowed for permanent residents of the development. Nonetheless, you are still able to enjoy our own spacious private pool in the house, as well as stroll around to the nearby private beach and visit other attractions nearby.
There are 2 live-in housekeepers who are living on the premise in the housekeepers' house outside the main house. They will be tending to cleaning & other housekeeping services.
