A private loft and courtyard, garaging for your car and the waters edge at the property boundary. I'm a well travel gentleman who loves sharing his special island life with others.
My co-hosts are Jocelyn, a neighbour and creator of this listing & Ali, my daughter-in-law. Together they manage the digital interface on my behalf.

The loft accomodation I offer is separate from the house with its own private courtyard. The kitchenette and private bathroom are downstairs. The loft offers a queen bed and sofa-bed so if you are traveling with a friend there is no need to share. Secure garaging is available on request. A private path leads to the to beach.

I live on Best island where access is across a bridge. It is 10 minutes from Richmond and 25 minutes from Nelson. Both offer a variety of restaurants, attractions and shops. Best Island has a golf course at one end of the island while at the opposite end are approximately 30 houses, that is where you'll find the loft. In-between is a cattle farm. As you can imagine there is very little traffic and no street lights which means a very quiet area where the Milky-way is easy to see each fine evening.
