This beautiful studio apartment is located on the second floor of a historic Victorian home, built in 1890. It’s a short walk to the Illinois State Capitol and a 10 minute drive to the Medical District, downtown Springfield or the Abraham Lincoln sites.
Cozy up in the foyer with a good book or relax on the huge open front porch. There’s a kitchenette with a microwave, Keurig and mini fridge. When you are ready to relax, there is a Smart TV with HDTV and a Blu-ray player in the living room.

This studio apartment is filled with charm from the old workbench kitchen island to the vintage wine bar radio! It also has hardwood floors throughout, tall ceilings, beautiful stained glass windows and original woodwork.
There is off-street parking directly behind the house with ONE reserved parking space for your use. (You will see a reserved parking sign for The Round Room Studio)
If your group should need more room, the Big Green House by the Capitol (also on Airbnb) is located in the back of the house and offers three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Normally, these two spaces are separated by a locked door that can only be opened by the property owner.

You'll have full access to parking, the front porch, foyer, bedroom, bathroom and living room/kitchenette. The bedroom, bathroom and living room/kitchenette are located upstairs.
