New studio apartment with en-suite providing customised accommodation in a semi rural setting on a private 17-acre property. Close to wineries, the Great Taste Cycle Trail, swimming holes and an equestrian centre. Stunning views of the Waimea Plains, Richmond Ranges and surrounding rural landscape. Access to 3 national parks within a comfortable 1-hour drive, and 20 minutes to Nelson. We have lived abroad, in Japan and Hong Kong, and enjoy meeting locals and people from around the world alike.

We are non-smokers and our quest accommodation is strictly non-smoking. Small dogs and horses are welcome by prior arrangement. Access to the studio is via a set of exterior stairs. Landscaping around the house and studio is incomplete.

We are located in a beautiful part of the Tasman region. The setting is a quite rural area that is close to city amenities and within easy reach of popular holiday destinations, e.g. Mapua, Rabbit Island, Abel Tasman National Park, Nelson Lakes National Park, Kahurangi National Park and facilities such as galleries, swimming holes, picnic spots, scenic walks, horse riding, wine trails.
