A beautiful, spacious and light-filled 3-storey town house built in the 18th century. Well located in a quiet but central picturesque street a few moments walk from the River Aude and Place de la Republique, with its bars, free Wifi, restaurants, markets, and festival entertainment in the summer and where you can enjoy alfresco days and nights. Situated in the ancient part of Quillan, this is the perfect base from which to explore the Cathar region.

The house has a large kitchen and adjoining cozy sitting room which leads out onto a small court yard. The second floor has a double bedroom with ensuite, and a twin bedroom. On the first floor there is a double bedroom, family bathroom, and a further room with double sofa bed, which can also be used as an additional sitting room.
Very close by there is free on-street parking, a supermarket, butcher, and bakeries. It is a short walk to the train station.
Quillan also has newly-completed beautifully landscaped swimming and fishing lakes.
We are currently working on rearranging and updating the house - the current photographs show the house as it is now and they will be updated when the work is completed.

Small, secluded yard at rear of the house is accessed via French windows. The perfect spot for a quiet aperitif.
