Newly constructed (200sf) room located in quiet Arden Park neighborhood. This 4 bedroom house is separated by the kitchen in the middle. (Monthly Rental-28 days Minimum)
On your side of the house, in addition to your bedroom, there is a 2nd bedroom (for your additional guest/s-ask host for more details), your private bathroom, a shared laundry room and an entryway from the garage.

Park your car at your private parking space on the driveway. Come on to the property by using the court yard gate. It will lead you to your separate entrance to your private bedroom. A comfortable 10' x 20' room to make your stay pleasant. TV, Wi-Fi, closet storage, dresser & mirror, new queen size bed-Zinus 12" individually wrapped coil+form+memory form top, working/eating/game area. A kitchenette in room: microwave, toast oven, coffee maker, dishes+more. Remodeled private bathroom+towels along with laundry room ($.50/per load using our supply) and a cordoned off kitchen (by accordion doors) with all cooking essentials are down the hallway. Your patio door opens to the patio sitting area.
