The design features a new open floor plan with gas fireplace, high end designer furnishings, expansive chef's kitchen, and wrap around deck with spectacular views of Baldy, Dollar and Boulder Mountains.

Escape to our Swiss inspired rental, with lots of thoughtful extras like locally roasted coffee & french press, swiss miss cocoa and stash tea, Vitamix blender, soma filtered water pitcher, Toblerone on every pillow, wood burning fireplace, Fluffy Towels, Bath Robes and Fabulous Bath Products, Anichini Italian Sheets, European Goose down duvets and pillows, black out curtains, USB outlets by every bed, and our own brand of luxury mattresses.

The condo overlooks Elkhorn Village, with views of Dollar Mountain and Baldy. It's 2 miles to Sun Valley resort and 3 miles to the town of Ketchum. The Bluff Condos feature their own pool with sweeping views and a year round hot tub. Tennis is available at the neighboring Elkhorn courts with advance notice for guest passes.

GAME NIGHT! Great for families, our property comes stocked with board games, books and toys.
GET OUTSIDE! While you may not want to leave, we do encourage outdoor play. You'll find ski storage by the front door and a sled for use during your winter stay. In summer, hikers can hop on a trail less than 50 feet from our door.
SAY CHEESE! Pre-order our fondue welcome dinner, and you won't even need to leave the condo on your first night in! We will have all the fixings ready for you, including fondue pot. **make sure you request 48 hours before your arrival.
SHOES OFF! Not only do we want to keep your rental germ and dirt free, but our condo is heated with toasty in floor heating. Leave your shoes and boots by the front door and help keep your space clean and comfy. P.S pack your slippers and really feel like you're at home!
MOVIE NIGHT! At first glance you may confuse our Samsung Frame television with real artwork, but it's actually a 4k tv connected to Premium Cable and gigablast streaming services: netflix, amazon fire, youtube (just to name a few)
CANNONBALL! Cool off in the elkhorn pool during summer or thaw out in the hot tub after a day of skiing in the winter. We will need to arrange access prior to your stay and not after 5pm on Fridays.
