Situated right on the Esplanade it is only a leisurely stroll to the beautiful parkland, cafes, pub, marina and beaches right in front of the property.

We enjoy an excellent year-round climate with Queensland’s northernmost surf beach at Agnes Water for surfing and beach activities. Along the Bay at 1770 you can walk along the parklands and enjoy kayaking, fishing and paddle boarding.
It is a short drive to the variety of cafes & boutique shops in the Agnes Water shopping Village or walk down to the beautiful Agnes Water surf beach for a leisurely day along the water.

1770 Beach Accommodation is a family owned and operated business run by Proprietors Gavin Ashton and Kim Skinner. We specialize in the letting of holiday property in 1770 and Agnes Water. Having spent many years holidaying in this beautiful area we fell in love with its beauty and could not leave, so we decided to pack up and move here permanently.
