Realizing that greater value could be generated from managing my own properties, I started by renting out my friends and family's properties for a start...
I enjoy furnishing and homestyling the unit, servicing and communicating with guests. It brings the highest job satisfaction that I never had. Managing the properties, be it a short term stay for a day or two, or long term stay for a year or more, is like a dream come true and a dream job that is enjoyable and meaningful. It will be a pleasure to see my guests and tenants enjoy their stay and will be coming back to my unit and seek for my service again. I sincerely hope you will be one of them!
