• For Sleeping - one full bed in master bedroom (with adjoining bathroom + walk-in closet) + 2nd bedroom with a pull out couch or TV room - laptop workspace/desk in small office + fast wifi . Porch in front and off back door- relax outside.
• Two full bathrooms –modern and clean .
• Washer and Dryer in Laundry room .
Guests have complete access to the house, yard, and driveway . One small closet is reserved/locked for owner.
More information- Strict cancellation policy –Booking for 4 months only May to end of Aug. Lots to do Silver City in summer!
Full of photographs and decorations for visual delights!

Nice neighborhood, no traffic, walkable to downtown. The living furniture is modern, light and airy . The kitchen is easy to use with all modern conveniences. 2 full bathrooms ! Central heat, internet, amazon prime tv.

I love to travel - I keep moving ! As a photographer , I have done some of my best work in Nature . I moved to New Mexico from rainy, smoky Oregon and before then from costly California. I love living In this small town with big creativity and great folks My house is not a rental but available during holiday times while I viist my grandkids- My trusted friend will be managing it while I am not there.
