Formerly known as New Villager, this renamed, sunny 2+loft/2 bath 2 level condo offers approx. 1300 square feet of living space and will sleep up to 6 guests. On the main level is the living area, kitchen and dining area. The living room has high ceilings with great light, a wood burning fireplace, 45 inch flat screen TV/DVD/Chrome cast (with over 40 DVD's available) and Mt views. The dining area off the living room will seat 6 guests. Past the kitchen is the master bedroom with Queen bed, 24 inch flat screen TV, walk in closet and Mt views. The full size master bath has single vanity sink and bath tub with shower.
On the second level is a bedroom with 2 twin beds and Mt views, with access to full size hallway bath. Bathroom has single vanity sink and bath tub with shower. The loft looks over the living room and has 2 twin beds that can be bridged to a King if need be. The loft has Mt views and there is access to a hallway bath. There is a small deck off this room with Mt views. There is a stack washer/dryer in the hallway closet off the kitchen. As you enter this condo there is a large deck with a gas grill, table and chairs plus an umbrella for relaxing on those warm sunny days by Trail Creek. There is no A/C in the condo. There is parking for only one car per condo at Creekside Condos.
Complex Features: The Creekside Condominiums are located between Sun Valley Village and Dollar Mountain. This complex is centrally located and is an easy walk to the Sun Valley Pavilion and Village. Bald Mountain is 1.5 miles away. Dollar Mountain and Sun Valley Village are each about 1/4 mile away. There is a free shuttle that picks up at the entrance of the complex that will transport you to Bald and Dollar Mountains, downtown Ketchum and to the Sun Valley Resort.
Sun Valley Resort Amenities: A maximum of 5 amenities passes will be issued per property for 5 consecutive days and can be shared by the guests staying at each property. The Sun Valley Inn Pool and the Inn Workout Room are available with advance reservations for up to 5 people per reservation. The saunas and hot tubs will not opened for the 20/21 winter season. There is no guest access to the pool at the Sun Valley Lodge (unless the Inn is closed). During peak summer season, the amenities pass also includes access to the Olympic and kids pools, hot tubs, and a discount on golf, tennis, gun club, and trail rides. Alpine Lodging cannot guarantee amenities such as the pool will be open as current restrictions and recommendations on social distancing can change at any time.
