This beautiful lower level space was recently renovated and includes two bedrooms, a full bathroom, kitchen, and living area. Accessed from a private entrance, you are able to completely relax and enjoy your stay at your leisure. Conveniently located in the Southgate Triangle neighborhood and within walking distance to Southgate Mall, restaurants, a brewery, parks, and walking trails.

This lower level apartment is accessed from a private entrance under the carport, once inside you will need to descend a flight of stairs to access the lower level. You have full private access to the entire space. Street parking is available on Paxson Street or on Charlott Ave.

The entrance hallway is shared space as that is where our utility room is located. Guests still have the ability to close off and lock their private guest suite.
