Our beautiful lake home is located in the gated community of the famous Tan-Tar-A Estates located inside Margaritaville Lake Resort. It has 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and plenty of gathering with a view unlike any other overlooking the 7th green and the beautiful lake. You will have free excess to two private community pools. Margaritaville Lake Resort, including fine dining, golf, Timber Lake Waterpark, pool bar, bowling, horseback riding all offered at the Resort for an additional cost

This home is only 1 of 3 homes in the entire estate community with a golf green and lake view. The privately owned home is in very high demand and practically rents everyday of the year to vacationers like you. Many of our guests return multiple times for a perfect relaxing stay with views unlike any other.
ゲストの立ち入り範囲
Guests who make reservations of 3 or more will have unlimited access to the entire home. Reservations of 2 or less will not have access to the 2nd bedroom. This allows us to maintain a low base price and keep reservation costs to our guests at the very minimum.

If you plan on bringing you pet....
We only allow dogs (2 max) and do have a strict policy in regards to their stay.
1. No dogs are allowed on the furniture and or on the beds at any time.
2. The owner is responsible to clean up after the dog has went outside.
3. All dogs must be on a leash when outside.
4. Dogs may not being left alone without supervision unless inside a crate.
5. The pet owners is fully responsible to replace and/or repair any and all damages that may occur during the stay
PLEASE NOTE: There is an addition $45 fee per pet to be applied for there stay. Please let us know in advance so we may adjust any billing if needed.
