Open the French doors to enjoy the woodland garden, birds & native bush tracks or enjoy a game of badminton while having the convenience of Richmond township with great cafes, restaurants and shopping mall less than 2km away. Rivers and beaches for swimming less than 10km away.

Literally from the back door there is access to the beautiful hill trails for walking, running and a multitude of mountain-bike tracks. Off-road bike trails through vineyards and country roads. Beautiful swimming and picnic spots at the nearby river and beach. Fabulous cafes, wineries and ethnic restaurants so close. And enjoy a seat beside our stream in the evening to watch the glow-worms twinkle at night! The use of laundry facilities are available at a cost of $10 for washing, $10 for dryer.

The guest bedroom and bathroom is completely private and solely for guest use. The downstairs balcony is solely for them, and they are most welcome to use the large upstairs verandah with views over the sea and mountains. The surrounding garden, forest trails and badminton area are also free for guest use.

The room has a hot water jug, toaster, cutlery & crockery, tea and coffee. Guests are welcome to use the fridge, freezer and microwave upstairs in the family area.
