5 Minutes from Downtown San Jose and the Civic Center, we live in the heart of Japantown, San Jose. Lively Japantown is known for its dynamic dining scene, with unpretentious eateries serving regional Japanese fare, as well as Japanese-American and Hawaiian diners.
Our rental has its own private entrance, full dimable lighting, heating & cooling, entertainment system w/ projector, dining area, breakfast nook, bedroom, and bathroom which doubles as a steam room. Please see pics for more detail

This private entrance and secured rental is fully furnished with a modern style that will appeal to the tech executive and to the family of four. Fully equipped with built in surround sound, premium cable TV, office desk & monitor, free Wifi or Ethernet connections, living room projector, bedroom 42" Flat Screen, HDMI connections from projector or TV to laptops, media, video and game players, breakfast nook with all the essentials including continental breakfast, refrigerator, microwave, fine linen & towels, and a bathroom with all of the essentials including a sit down shower that turns into a steam room. Also available for use; the outdoor kitchen with covered and lighted natural gas grill and a beautiful zen garden to relax, meditate, pray, or smoke in.

Guest can access the back yard Japanese garden, natural gas grill, wood smoker, patio, patio tables with ash tray for smoking whatever, drive way and the private entrance to the rental through a private secondary gate off to the side, apart from the main house.

We take pride in our cleanliness and presentation. The place takes 2 1/2 hours to clean minimum. The more people the more there is to clean and the more there is to set up for you and take down for the next guests. Please understand 3pm check-in time is the earliest we can accommodate. We never cut corners on cleanliness, especially in this new Covid-19 era.
If you bring more guests than originally booked, please bring $25 per extra guest per night regardless of whether or not they stay thru the entire night until morning... the extra fee is mainly for the extra amount of cleaning, setup and take down off furniture, dish ware, and linens necessary to accommodate extra guests. This fee is non-negotiable, thank you so much for understanding.
