A private King size bed with a lovely modern ensuite with separate access. Inside there's a table and 2 chairs, a bar fridge with small freezer, kettle, microwave and tea & coffee making facilities. Guests have shared use of pool area & laundry. PLEASE NOTE This room is attached to the main Villa where the owner is living. This means there is some normal noise associated with sharing a home.

Guest have their own entrance and small balcony with out door table and chairs. There is parking for one car outside the unit on the flat easy access driveway. There are a couple of steps up to the door. There is a separate entrance to the laundry from outside right next to the french doors to the Master Bedroom suite.
Please note access to the pool area is shared with the hosts and also the guests in the one bedroom unit.
In the shared pool and BBQ area there is an outdoor table and chairs and 2 sun loungers and a BBQ that can be shared by all guests. Please leave the BBQ clean after use.

We also rent another unit on the property. The king room with ensuite is self-contained and has it's own access and you will be staying in a home where your host also reside. This means there will be some noise normal movements but your space is totally private.

The private room has it's own access through french doors from a small deck. We have a lock box so it's easy to let yourself in. Shared use of the pool and BBQ area.
