With its massive balcony with beach & ocean views, is located within an easy walk of the beach, hotel resort, restaurants and cafes. You even have in the same building, a restaurant, cafe, IGA supermarket, bottleshop, giftstore and gelato bar... really what more could you need, BYO family friends and your swimmers.

The apartment has 4 bedrooms, three spacious which have direct balcony access and the gorgeous ocean view, the fourth smaller but queen size bed. Plenty of outdoor space for the kids, or just take in the view, watching the surfers and the whales. Oh and find time to relax in the sunbeds and read that book you never have time to do.
If sun, sea and relaxing is on your holiday list, this is the place for you. Fully equipped kitchen, and a BBQ, or the no cook option of The Mawson Restaurant just a lift ride away.

- This house is Strictly NON-SMOKING, NO FUNCTIONS/PARTIES and not available for end of school celebrations. No pets allowed. These actions will result in being asked to leave the property. - After 10pm please respect noise level for neighbours. - No other cooking/heating to be used on the balcony other than BBQ provided. If you use the BBQ you must leave it clean, or an additional cleaning fee will be charged. - Strata By-Laws to be adhered to.
