Near Mina Lake in NE South Dakota. Large private home with bedrooms for rent. Great for hunters or those just looking to get away. Close to the Wakeside restaurant. This bedroom is in the basement, and stairs are used for access to it. Fees for the use of this room will be donated to a missionary family serving in the Dominican Republic of Central America.

This bedroom was created with a western theme. From the cedar-lined walls to the genuine cowhide rug, any cowboy (or wanna-be cowboy) will feel right at home. A large closet is available for guest use. The room also has a comfortable swivel rocking chair.

The basement has a comfortable rec room for guest use. Instructions are given for use of the WiFi, TV, DVD player, computer, and printer. We have HULU Live, a variety of DVDs, and games to help you relax. Or feel free to use the treadmill for a light workout.
In the basement is a small "kitchenette" also dedicated for guest use. Feel free to use the refrigerator, microwave, and Kurig coffee maker. Also provided are microwave popcorn, refrigerated bottled water, hot cocoa, and coffee pods to use in the Kurig.
Two shared guest bathrooms are available for guest use; one upstairs and one downstairs.

We love living in this neighborhood. It is quiet and slow-paced. Our neighbors are friendly, and the lake is gorgeous. There is a state park two miles south of us, and a public boat launch is about three miles away. The Wakeside restaurant (1/4 mile south of us) is open year-round and offers great food. A convenience store/gas station is also nearby. Mina Lake is halfway between Aberdeen and Ipswich, about 12 miles from both.
