A self contained one bedroom apartment in Peregian Springs, the heart of Queensland's Sunshine Coast. The unit is ideally located, a two minute drive from the Sunshine Coast Motorway and from there, a quick and easy drive to the Noosa, Coolum, Alexander Headland and Mooloolaba. Nestled in a small, quiet garden, the apartment is well equipped and offers off street parking and own access. The kitchenette/diner leads onto a patio whilst the bedroom boasts a lovely over-sized en-suite.

This beautiful private apartment is attached to the main house, and is in a quiet garden setting. It enters via a covered patio, that allows for casual seating and dining, allowing you to make the most of our beautiful Queensland weather. The apartment is sunny and comfortable, and is equipped with everything you will need. If we are able to do so, any additional requirements will be provided for. Please, just ask!
The kitchenette with dining area is equipped with all the necessary cutlery and crockery as well as a fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, French Press coffee maker and a double plated electric cook top. The double bedroom, with a large comfortable bed and wall mounted television, has plenty of built in storage to pack away your belonging and ensure you luggage is out of the way, allowing you space to relax and enjoy your stay. The huge en-suite bathroom leading off the bedroom is equipped with a shower, soft fluffy towels, hair dryer and luxurious complimentary soaps shampoo and conditioner.
We welcome infants and children, but please contact us first to discuss the suitability of your circumstances.
If you wold like to stay longer than 14 days, please send us a request. We currently have a maximum stay of 14 days, and for those who do spend 14 days with us, a free mid-stay clean will be provided. If you require a longer booking, please message us. This will be approved if the booking is available.
Peregian Springs is a wonderful friendly neighbourhood within easy walking distance to the local golf course. It is also very close to Coolum Beach and endless pristine surf beaches and beautiful national park nearby. Nearby Peregian Village is also adorned with great cafes, restaurants that serve great coffee, or if you prefer a little more, outstanding breakfasts and lunches. Boutique shops are also readily available to serve you. A Popular Sunday market on the first and third Sunday of each month is hosted by the Peregian Beach Surf Lifesaving Club. The markets are located on the village Green, with a variety of products and produce to sell

Guests have full and private use of the apartment and adjoining patio. A second shared patio with a large table and chairs is also available for use and leads off the opposite side of the kitchen. This door, which is secured with a glass patio door and security screen, can be made completely private with the use of blackout blinds, or can be left open if guests would prefer.
If you require access to laundry facilities, please just ask (Please note that the laundry facilities are only available during the day)

We have a small dog, who is super cute and friendly. Charlie knows not to enter the apartment, please don't encourage him to come in as it will cause confusion.
Please keep the side gate shut.
Sorry we do not take bookings with pets accompanying guests.
Air conditioner is not available from 11pm to 6am

Peregian Springs is a quiet residential area on the land side of the Sunshine Coast Motorway. Access to the Sunshine Motorway is 2 minutes away, which opens up the ability to travel up and down the coast by car and visit all the local tourist attractions.
The Peregian Springs Golf Course a short walk away and the local golf club bar and restaurant is a safe and easy walking distance from from the accommodation.
The Peregian Springs Shopping Centre is located 5 minutes drive from the house and has a Coles supermarket, bakery, bottle-shop, butchery, pharmacy, gym as well as other smaller eateries and boutique shops. The shopping centre is also accessible by foot or on the bus route along Peregian Springs Drive.
Access to the local beaches of Coolum and Peregian Beach is 10 minutes by car.

The apartment has its own access gate at the side of our house.
The apartment does have a door leading onto a communal patio as well, meaning guests have the option to join us or use this space if they choose. This door can be screened off by the guests if they prefer to have their privacy whilst enjoying their stay with us.
Interaction with guests is at their discretion, but we will always be available either via text/ phone or in the main house any time you need help with anything or some advice about local restaurants, surf, walks, beaches or buses.
