This ground floor corner 2 bedroom/ 2 bath condo is located in the Sun Valley Village. Condo offers approx. 1000 square feet of living space and will sleep up to 5 guests and is pet friendly. Living area has a 36 inch flat screen TV, single size sofa bed and complex views. Kitchen is fully furnished and the dining table seats 4.
Master bedroom has a Queen bed, 65 inch flat screen TV and complex views. This room has access to full size hallway bath with tub/shower combo and single vanity. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, desk, 32 inch TV and complex views. This room has access to hallway bath with shower only, and single vanity. There is a stack washer/dryer in this bathroom.
There is a small shared deck at the front entrance to the condo with out door furniture and small gas grill. This condo does not have a phone or A/C. If you are bringing your dog we charge a 35.00 per day non-refundable pet fee. Only one dog is allowed.
Complex Features: The Atelier condominium complex is located on Old Dollar Road just across from the Sun Valley Lake. Atelier condos are within walking distance of the Sun Valley Village as well as the Sun Valley Pavilion. There is a free shuttle that picks up about 2 blocks away that will transport you to Bald and Dollar Mountains and downtown Ketchum.
Sun Valley Resort Amenities: A maximum of 5 amenities passes will be issued per property and can be shared by the guests staying at each property. The Sun Valley Inn Pool and the Inn Workout Room are available with advance reservations for up to 5 people per reservation. The saunas and hot tubs will not opened for the 20/21 winter season. There is no guest access to the pool at the Sun Valley Lodge (unless the Inn is closed). During peak summer season, the amenities pass also includes access to the Olympic and kids pools, hot tubs, and a discount on golf, tennis, gun club, and trail rides. Alpine Lodging cannot guarantee amenities such as the pool will be open as current restrictions and recommendations on social distancing can change at any time.
