It is perfect for a single, a couple, a couple with a baby under 12 months old or just two friends. It is situated opposite a reserve and within easy walking distance to several beaches. Beautiful Rennies Beach is only 400m walk. The centre of Ulladulla is only 15 mins walk or 3 minutes drive. There are also several kms of nature walks starting at the property. The property is a brand new studio apartment with bathroom, kitchenette and fully insulated.

It is a very quiet and peaceful location. The sound of chirping birds in the morning is as loud as it usually gets.

I am a semi retired high school teacher, with no plans to fully retire in the near future as I still enjoy teaching kids and working with other dedicated teachers. They help to keep me young(ish). Interests are snowboarding in the other hemisphere, skateboarding, gliding, surfing , good blues music, renovating and keeping my 6 year old kelpie Molly well exercised.
