This unique property is located on the peaceful riverfront of the Northern side of the Noosa River.
You have your own private jetty located in a Deep water and Ski zone with a lovely set up of a timber table and chairs an atmosphere perfect for alfresco lunches, fishing, crabbing, swimming, reading a book or even bring your own boat for fishing, skiing or a trip down the heart of Noosa.
No Bucks Hens parties or Wedding receptions
Linen is not included. you can hire linen or supply your own

The property consists of a quaint cottage and Bunk rooms sleeping a maximum of 10 people. The Bunk room has been custom built with single Bunk beds and an option for the room to be separated into 2 quarters both having their own TV and entrances.
The cottage has been renovated and consists of 2 bedrooms both with queen size beds and a shared bathroom. Two large timber entertaining areas off both the cottage and the Bunk room calls for family gatherings, BBQ's and relaxing with your loved ones.
There is a sauna/steam room and an outdoor shower. The kitchen has been renovated and includes a large cook top, oven and European appliances.
Other facilities of the property include: Dishwasher, Microwave, Nespresso Coffee Machine, Washing Machine and Dryer, Ducted Air Conditioning and Ceiling Fans, Basketball hoop/half court.
Please note: Linen is not included. BYO or Linen Hire can be arranged.
