Located on the second floor~ enjoy the wrap around terrace. This 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom, cathedral living room and food prep area is modern and comfortable. The simplicity of beach life: amazing sunsets, bird life and safe swimming in the Gulf. Infinity pool or ocean... make it yours! Explore Yucatan....

This apartment is complete...Your airy, bright cathedral tv/great room with fans, captures the ocean breeze (a/c in bedrooms). We offer self - entry and assure your privacy, although we are available should you require anything. There are no worries or set up in this condo style vacation. A fruit selection and refreshments are provided on your arrival; plus coffee, tea, milk, etc are available for your stay. The food prep area has purified water, fridge w/ freezer, micro, 2 burner cook top. grill, dishware, etc. There are also great local restaurants to visit or for delivery. All areas and surfaces are professionally disinfected thoroughly, with care and protection and housekeeping is included, dependent of length of stay.
The beach side bedroom is spacious, with comfortable king (or 2 twins), luxury bedding and a breathtaking view; the adjoining spacious bathroom is appointed with local marble and a private garden- side balcony. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a stylish en-suite bathroom; you will sleep to the sounds of the sea. Unless otherwise arranged: Air-conditioning is available in the bedrooms, for use when in room, please conserve.
Add fiber optics internet (40-50megas), netflix and firestick to stay connected as you enjoy beach life at its best!
Located between fishing villages Chelem and Chuburna ~ walk the quiet sand beach, swim the Gulf of Mexico, enjoy a massage pool side, Merida centro or Mayan culture, cenotes and more; this is paradise and yours to explore!

You are our only guests with private access to the 2nd level; the beach at your door step. Make use of the loungers on the beach and the infinity pool is available for your private use. Pack light…many amenities provided, including pure drinking water.
We live on the first level with our 2 rescue dogs. Our design layout offers privacy to both living spaces.

Welcome fruit bowl and refreshments. Kitchen is stocked with coffees, teas, condiments. Cleaning included and provided for stays over 3 nights.
