My name is Hanh, you also can call me Hana. I am 28 years old from Thai Binh Province (small peaceful province nearby Hanoi). I have 8 years of experience in working for tourism likes Tour Guide and Expert in Travel. For Now I am managing my homestay - Spring Homestay for day time and leading Food Tour in the evening.
I was born in a small and peaceful village in Thai Binh Province. I moved to Hanoi 10 years ago to study at the Hanoi University of Industry. In my second year at University, I started working for the a Travel Agency for 2 years. It was a tough time for me studying and working. I just wanted to earn money so I could help my parents and I could be financially independent.
However, after a period I discovered that I loved my job because I met so many people from around the world and I loved sharing stories with them. After I graduated, I started working for a Homestay and how I am at ease in building rapport with clients. I thoroughly enjoy meeting and talking with people and sharing information about our individual cultures.
Besides funny stories, our clients had shared with me about their trips around Vietnam, they also shared stories of their challenging experiences: taxi scams, expensive food prices and over charging for accommodation and tours. I felt quite sad hearing about these unpleasant experiences.
I then realized that my passion in life is to assist people with information that would enable them to have an understanding of Vietnamese culture and where to access appropriate information for traveling in Vietnam. I would like to share all my experiences and knowledge of Vietnam to travelers so they can plan their visit with an understanding of what is available and what to avoid.
I will guide you to companies that would best suit your needs. This information is based on my knowledge of all the accommodation, transport, tour companies and tours that will be of interest in Vietnam, also reviews from other travelers.
