You will find hardwood floors in the bedroom, ceramic tile in the bathroom and wood floors in the living room, refinished in 2020. This house is quiet and decorated in a simple, modern style. This brand new, impeccably clean, main floor level private suite feels like a studio and includes the use of plentiful no-permit required parking. Please be advised that there are four stairs leading to the porch.

The nightly rate is based on local demand. Various consecutive nights may be priced differently, and if so, you will see the total charge prior to booking.
There is a strict cancellation policy, so even though this space is in high demand, please do not book until you are certain.
