This west side home is centrally located in Green Bay, close to downtown and less than 2 miles to Lambeau Field. This home has two bedroom on the main level and three bedrooms in the lower level. There is a full bathroom on the main level as well as in the lower level. A coffee bar is provided as an added bonus! Got kids? There is a small playroom located in the loft area. This cute, cozy home has a cottage type feel that will bring your family together.

This home has an open concept living room and kitchen area for guests to socialize and enjoy time spent together. There are 3 bedrooms in the lower level and 2 bedrooms on the main level. This home also has a loft area with a small kids table, large been bag, basic play toys for small children to lounge and have their own time. This home does have dinning seating for 10 guests (6 on kitchen table, 2 on pub table, and 2 on living room coffee table top that pulls up for dinning or desk use.)

There is a LP gas grill, Picnic Table, and Fire pit out back for those guests that enjoy outside time.
There will be an extra fee for early check-in or late check-out. Early check-in or late check-out will be approved by owner when requested and only if available. Mail or courier service to the home is not allowed. Absolutely no smoking in the home. Misplaced key fee if key is lost or not put back in lockbox. No occupants or guests allowed from the local Green Bay area.

This west side location is very convenient. It is off of Ashland Avenue (Business 41) and close to many restaurants/activities but yet on a quiet street. Home is situated in a live/work neighborhood with some commercial/industry.
