This beautiful, vaulted ceiling unit is located in a secured building on the 3rd floor w/ underground parking garage with 2 assigned parking spaces. In addition to your own private patio, you have access to a common area patio with plenty of seating, grills and a fire pit. Relax in comfortable reclining couches; dine, work or play games at a table for up to 8. Additional people can eat at the counter bar. You will find everything you need to enjoy your stay including bed linens, bath towels, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals. The 2 bedrooms offer plenty of closet space for longer stays. The master bedroom has a King bed, TV, and a private bathroom. The 2nd bedroom offers maximum flexibility for up to 4 people with a bunk that includes a queen bed and a twin XL on top and a twin trundle bed below. This arrangement allows one couple to enjoy the queen bed but can accomodate additional kids or guests. 2 futon sleepers are also available to sleep 2 more. The 2nd bathroom and laundry room are steps from the 2nd bedroom. The spacious living room has a large screen Smart TV with basic cable and also has WiFi access. It also has an electric fireplace where you can warm up and feel cozy on chilly nights or rainy/snowy days. We offer complimentary coffee and tea. Our top priority is to make you feel at home whether you are watching or enjoying Main Street below, exploring the trails and lakes or simply need a good night's sleep for an early morning business meeting. Our goal is for you to enjoy your stay in this home-away-from home so much that you will want to return again and again.

This is a 3rd floor unit with a balcony. Please keep that in mind when booking with infants and toddlers. We suggest you keep the balcony door locked during your stay. Please be mindful as we know their safety is your responsibility but we certainly want to avoid any possibility of an accident.

Hi, I'm Rachel and I grew up and live in Southern California. I'm a retired banker and currently work in Ventura County, CA. Hi, I'm Mark and I've lived in Coeur d' Alene, Idaho for over 40 years and raised my family here. The two of us have been friends since high school (before Mark moved to Idaho from California), and thought it would be fantastic to partner up as owners and property managers in both states!! We both share a sense of pride in sharing what California and Idaho each have to offer our guests in recreational activites. Although for logistical reasons Rachel is the point of contact for California properties and Mark is the point of contact for Idaho properties, BOTH of us are available to support you through Airbnb. Once you are booked, we will communicate with you as much or as little as you wish.
