"34 Dicembre" is a refined Aeolian-style house with an enchanting terrace on the top of the volcanic cliff plunging down to the sea. The house is located in the area of Scalo Balordi, in Piscità district, the most elegant and quite neighborhood of the island.

The house, consisting of a living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a fully-equipped kitchen, is furnished with great care and is equipped with all comforts, including heat pumps / air conditioners in each room. The house is one of the few structures on the island that runs Wi-Fi. Complimentary toiletries and towels are included.
The terrace, with breathtaking views of the volcano, is also equipped with an outdoor kitchen.
The house could be lived both in summer and in winter.
