Our place is a 23-square meter studio with balcony and kitchenette. It is one of the two adjacent studios we offer to travelers who want to get their money’s worth. It is centrally located with easy access to public transportation, malls, food and restaurants. It is adjacent to the “tourism strip” of Bacolod City where Masskara and other city festivities take place.

This studio unit is located at the 5th level. It is equipped with hotel-quality mattress with pull-out bed, hot and cold shower, TV with basic Sky cable plan, Globe LTE router (prepaid), personal refrigerator, electric kettle, microwave oven, dishes, mugs, glasses, and cutlery.

Cityscape Residences is a 12-storey residential condominium with 24/7 security. A lounge pool on its roof deck offers a beautiful sunset and ocean view. On its ground floor are convenience store and a café. Street-side parking is free and subject to availability.
Basement parking slot may be available with a separate monthly fee. We can assist the referral to the administration office.
