Architect Tyler Doin created this incredible architectural structure with gulf views from many angles. This home flows from one room to the next with architectural details such as antique chestnut cabinets, copper niche and sinks , cantilevered streamlined bunks beds, waterfall silestone counters and modern industrial concrete lighting. Attention was spent using natural elements and colors, allowing the movement of nature to decorate the work of art by interior designer, Kimberly of Tipton-Valentino Designs. The outdoor space is just as incredible as it boasts a 12x50 foot heated pool with a sun shelf, outdoor shower, fire pit, outdoor tv nook, outdoor kitchen with plenty of seating for a wonderful outdoor dinner. No detail was left untouched by Limbach Developments. A true master piece on the West end of 30A.
