The main room available has a bath, tv, wc, sink and a sea-view. Please note that the large room is open plan and that the wc and bath are in the same room as the bed. There is a separate wc for use on the floor below. Guests are free to cook and prepare food and eat in my dining room or take a tray upstairs and eat in your room. I love guests to feel at home and please make a tea or coffee whenever you like. The location is ideal for the Lanes, seafront and train station.
