It's very close to Red Rocks - great for concert goers. 20 minutes to central Denver and access to ski areas in just over an hour. It backs up to the green belt so there are miles and miles of cycling/running/walking space right outside the door. And it's just 10 minutes from the soda lakes at Bear Creek lake Park where we love to spend mornings on the beach!
