Chic, basic and affordable new studio suite condominium, located in the heart of Bacolod City, in front of Capitol Lagoon. The unit is accessible to all public transport, and super malls like SM, Robinson's, and downtown area. And it is also close to Bacolod City cathedral.
Famous food chain like Jollibee,McDonald's ,KFC and our pride Chicken Inasal in Chicken Deli and Chicken house , are just doorsteps away.
It is also a few minutes away from the city's vibrant landmarks and nightlife. 🌏

The property has a pool at the roof top, so guests can relax after a busy day exploring the city. It has an in-house shop and a convenient store, in addition to a nearby 711 and Dunkin Donuts. It also has a HEATED shower, just for your own convenience and FILTERED water for your thirst. In addition to that, complimentary bottled water, tea and coffee using the electric kettle are provided as a welcome token, for your refreshment. The unit also have a microwave and a rice cooker, in case guest intend to heat their meals. Ceramic single burner stove is available to use with caution.
When I come home in Bacolod, I stay here so I can visit my friends and family. So if possible, kindly keep my unit free of any untoward fumes and odours , hence, smoking is only allowed at the balcony.
Enjoy our 43 inch HDR ready plasma screen smart television, for your entertainment. ( Netflix, you tube etc).
And most of all, guests will enjoy THE UNLIMITED WIFI that is available, and password will be provided on check in 😊💕❤️

The rooftop swimming pool overlooking the vibrant city is located at the penthouse. It has 24 hours security, and prior to your check-in, you can contact our friendly representative to assist you of your needs.

The place is very convenient to shops , bars , restaurants and fast foods . Easy access to public transport. Vibrant city centre lifestyle. WE ONLY ACCEPT 2 GUESTS as per property guidelines . And WE DON’T ACCEPT GUESTS on QUARANTINE just for COVID 19 precaution.
