COVID 19 PROCEDURE: "We are taking the exposure of Covid 19 seriously and are going the extra mile to professionally deep clean are guest house to provide a great safe and clean place for our guests! " Entire studio guest house with private outdoor patio. The queen sized bed is super comfortable with a thick memory foam mattress topper for added support. Have a third person traveling? No problem! Our place is stocked with a twin sized air mattress, extra sheets, pillows & blankets to make for additional sleeping arrangements. Perfect location! If you’re traveling for business, as a small family, or a couple, the Monochromatic Modern Studio is THE place for you. We would love to have the opportunity to be your home away from home!

The Monochromatic Modern Studio is centrally located in The Heart of Lubbock neighborhood. As it's minutes away from TTU, the majority of the houses in the area consist of renters and TTU students. It's one of the oldest and original neighborhoods to be established here in Lubbock. Needless to say, you'll find some properties that have been or are currently being updated/flipped which is exciting and neat to watch unfold. You're sure to appreciate our own recently redesigned space which was personally designed with your comfort in mind!

Just a guy and his wife working full time in real estate. We buy and sell houses, have multiple Short Term Rentals, and we flip/renovate houses. I also like fast things, Teslas, motorcycles, skiing, and I hope to skydive one day.

Our interaction with guests is minimal. The front door has lockbox access so that you may freely use the property as you wish. However, should you need absolutely anything during your stay, please do not hesitate to reach out as we will usually be available to help at anytime. We strive to always be quick to respond to messages & wish to accommodate you as best as possible. For your convenience, we have gone ahead & provided you with some local recommendations which you will find in the notebook on the kitchen counter. Please also feel free to leave a note with where you’re traveling from & sign your name for others who stay with us to read & then respond themselves. (:
