There are live animals present meaning you may hear the clip clop of hooves in the morning and experience typical barn smells. Very quiet except the odd night the coyotes are hollowing. Or the clip clop of horses walking through the barn in the morning! The equestrian center lies on 160 acres with no neighbors or street traffic. The closest place for groceries is the town of Redcliff, 3 kms, or Costco which is 9 mins door to door!
