The private guest suite, located in the ideal location, Central Rim; 5 mins to Downtown Boise and just a few blocks to Greenbelt entrance. This stylish guest suite was built in 2018. Everything you see is brand new and hand-picked by the owner. This comfortable space has a kitchenette with wine rack, microwave, and stainless steel mini-fridge, a queen size bed, and contemporary bathroom. This brand new, centrally located guest suite is the perfect place to explore Boise and the surrounding area!

Accommodations and amenities: wi-fi, Smart TV, Keurig coffee maker, silverware, plates, glasses, mugs, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
Entrance: the suite has a separate/private entrance.
Parking: driveway parking is reserved for guests. It's always easy to find a spot with free on-street parking as well.

The suite is located on the right hand side connected to the house with a private entrance . We have fans and a heater in case you’re cold or want extra white-noise. We recently put blocking equipment on both sides of the room :)
