Our Casita sits above our residence it has a very large outdoor space with outside dinning and living area also has BBQ grill ! You'll have an unobstructed views of the sea from every room but the bath, that has views of the mountains.

Our home is in a very safe neighborhood and we have very secure parking in our 6 foot high enclosed wall, for those quad rentals and such .....But please ALWAYS keep gates closed for the cows will devour all our plants in minutes !

Our are is rural and away from the scene but close enough to be part of it ...it's a quiet area great for walking, our house sits at the mouth of an arroyo "dry creek bed" and leads right to the white sand beach about a five minute walk.
