Located within the walls of South Haven's oldest operating hotel (1874), this newly renovated 1,200 sq. ft. three bedroom, one bath apartment is now available to the public!

Walk to literally everything that downtown South Haven has to offer. Restaurants, shopping, bars, tasting rooms, and even our local brewery across the street!

Each morning during the Summer months we serve fresh, made-to-order breakfast for our guests that varies with the seasonal produce generated from local family-owned farms and fresh meats from our butcher.

The living area is large and spacious. The brand new kitchen invites you into the space and the extra large kitchen table with eight chairs allows for plenty of "elbow room" for you to enjoy relaxing in the well air conditioned 10' ceilings.

With two large windows in the living area, two more in each of the large bedrooms, and one in the smaller bedroom, you will enjoy plenty of natural light during South Haven's long Summer days. After dark, the well-lit apartment will allow you and your guests the perfect way to enjoy the rest of the night sipping your favorite beverages and playing cards/board games.

The TV is connected to Amazon Prime TV and Netflix.

I live in the town that everyone loves to visit! While I did not grow up in South Haven, my family and I visited the area every Summer. My family began moving to the area from the Chicagoland around 2006 and now the whole immediate family lives here--including my wife and three young children.

About 10 years ago, I began buying small houses to rent to local year-round residents. I am a money manager by trade, but I love to get my hands dirty after work doing rehabs and other outdoor activities. I own the Kal-Haven Outpost along with The Historic Hotel Nichols and am always looking for other opportunities to share this slice of heaven with family-oriented people every day!

I am almost always just a few miles away from each and every property that I own and along with my team of family and friends, we are willing to do whatever it takes to make your stay that much better--there's just so much to do in Michigan's great southwest!
