Peaceful, garden setting for professionals or travelers. Room includes a queen bed, desk, mini fridge stocked with water and juices. 55 inch TV with cable, microwave dishes and silverware, keurig coffee pot with available coffee, cream and sugar. Whole house A/C as well as ceiling fan. Plenty of sreet parking located in front of house.
We do rent other rooms in our home. Check in is at 3pm and no later than 11pm to give us time to clean room and privacy for other guests. Early luggage drop off is available, if needed.

Quiet neighborhood, however we are minutes to freeway, beaches and 10 minutes to downtown San Diego. There is freeway noise and a train that can be heard on occasion. The room has a shred bathroom with other guests. The bathroom is adjacent to this room and some noise can be heard such as the shower running or toilet flushing.
