ALL GUESTS must sign a waiver of liability to use the hot tub. As a guest, you will have full access throughout the house, parking, and the backyard areas.

Please note: our check in time is 4 PM and check out is at 11 AM. If you have a different time request for either, please contact me so that we may try to accommodate you.
FYI, there have been few cases of the coronavirus in Trinidad area. Antibacterial wipes are located under both the kitchen and bathroom sinks. Careful and deliberate disinfecting of The Robinson House is performed in between each guest stay. Please don't take our cleaning supplies. They are difficult to come by in our small community. Thank you!
