Whitewater rafting, fly fishing, sea kayaking, sailing, hiking, boating and golfing are within minutes of THE ISLANDER INN! The charming town of Bigfork is 4.5 miles away with wonderful shops and a world class summer theater. Woods Bay offers dining, swimming, coffee shops, live music and a wonderful local market! The Islander Inn is a tasteful collection of guestrooms and bungalows situated just a stone-throw away from Flathead Lake. The Islander is where you can put a little distance between yourself and the rest of the world. We have a pure island lifestyle with an assortment of 8 different themed suites and bungalows. Whether you gravitate toward a Hawaiian, “Maui” style, or if you’re more of a Montanan “Wild Horse Island” type of person, we offer you a unique window into a tasteful and original environment. We are also “Dog Friendly” with well behaved humans. The Islander Inn provides distinct Bungalow lodging on Flathead Lake in Bigfork Montana. Nightly and weekly rentals are available. Our Inn is on Flathead Lake and has docking for boats, sea kayaks, canoes and jet skis. For your dining enjoyment, The Raven is across the street with two “on the water” decks for lunch, dinner and cocktails. The Raven is well known for great food, drinks and staff!! The best place to enjoy Flathead Lake. We are a 4 mile drive from the charming village of Bigfork, 25 minutes north of Polson and just 35 minutes to Glacier International Airport in Kalispell. (FCA). We are located on Montana Highway 35 on the east side of the lake at mile marker #26. We are surrounded by cherry orchards, flying osprey and eagles and breath-taking sunsets.
