Comfortable room with double bed. Ideally located with easy access to Manchester city centre, Deansgate, the Trafford centre and Old Trafford football stadium. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen and living room. Breakfast cereals and variety of teas all available to guests for breakfast.

There is a Garden Centre nearby as well as Hulme Park and Alexander Park within walking distance, all lovely for sunny days. There is an ASDA, B&M’s, PoundStretcher and Argos a 5 minute walk away. There is also a few fast food places at a walking distance including, McDonalds, KFC and Subway. As well as a local cafe at the end of the street called Kim by the sea.
