A cosy duplex on the highest floor of the building (Level 21), with a queen bed and a sofa bed. Suitable for both short- and long-term stays. The building is in De Centrum Mall, with shops such as Super7 (supermarket), Tealive, Mr. DIY, SPP Bookstore and 7-Eleven among others, and facilities like launderettes and a clinic (Poliklinik MyMedik).

PLEASE NOTE: We will require a deposit of RM150 which is to be paid directly to the host. The deposit will not be returned shall there be any damages or loss of items belonging to the house (except for those indicated to be for guests to take home), or if the house is left in such a state whereby additional cleaning hours are required. If there are any further and/or major damages, a damage claim will be submitted by the host to Airbnb for the guest to settle. Once guests have checked out and if the house has been verified to be left in its original condition, the full amount of RM150 shall be returned to the guest.
Prior to check in, we will require you to show your ID as part of the verification and security process. We reserve the right to deny check-in and will offer a refund for cancellation if guests fail to comply.

This duplex is furnished with our guests' comfort in mind. Help yourself to unlimited wifi and unlimited free movies/TV series on our Smart TV.
The kitchen/dining area: equipped with a stove for light cooking, a kettle, a toaster, and a fridge. Pots, pans, plates, cups, and kitchen utensils are provided.
The bathroom upstairs has a shower equipped with a water heater. Shower gel and shampoo are provided, as well as fresh towels.
We strongly advocate recycling but haven't yet installed or created a space dedicated to it. During your stay you may leave recyclable items in one space and we will recycle it for you upon clean-up.

DeCentrum offers great facilities for families and friends at Level 9, including swimming pools, a playground, and a gym. Feel free to access these facilities during your stay. There are plenty of restaurants and a launderette at the mall (Level G).
We provide free wifi, which the Smart TV is also connected to. You can enjoy hours of Netflix, YouTube, etc. for entertainment. We also have HyppTV installed.

•Smoking is not allowed indoors, including the bathrooms
•Please keep our home secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the house.
•Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after yourself.
•No pets allowed inside.
•Please respect our home but feel comfortable. Treat it as your own house for the duration of your stay.
•Please keep noise at a minimum after 10PM.
