Conveniently located in downtown, close to Old Town San Leandro- within walking distance from the shopping, farmer's market, restaurants, coffee/boba and more!
Perfect for a short getaway or working from home, lovingly curated with all the amenities you need for a restful stay.
お部屋
The studio features an open plan living room, dining, sleeping nook and dedicated work area. The space sleeps up to four with comfortable Casper Queen bed plus an additional inflatable mattress. Bonus areas include an outdoor patio equipped with grill, dining and seating areas plus firepit to keep you warm and toasty in the evenings.
The style of the space could be described as eclectic/mid century, furnished with pieces found from miscellaneous flea markets and estate sales- refinished for new life. Prepared for every need you might have for for your getaway from a humidifier, family games to honey for your tea- no detail was spared!
The in-law is located downstairs, partially underground so the space is naturally temperate, between 62-70 degrees at all times. Since we live upstairs, you will occasionally hear light footsteps from us and our dog and water in the pipes.

CLEANING: Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out before every guest. Disinfectant spray and wipes, hand sanitizer and masks are provided.
DRIVEWAY & PARKING: There is no dedicated parking space for guests but you're more than welcome to park in our driveway to unload/load your belongings upon arrival and checkout.
PLUMBING: Please be respectful and gentle with our pipes as our house was built in the 1920's. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper.
PETS: We do charge extra if you would like to bring your fur friend. It's $75/pet and a $200 refundable deposit upon checkout.
