We would like to welcome you to "Maggie's Place" in Paremata. The entry level has the laundry and a bathroom. There are 8 steps down to a spacious modern living area and kitchen. From the entry level there are 8 stairs up to the two bedrooms master bedroom with ensuite .
There are lovely walks in the area and we are minutes away from the picturesque Pauatahanui inlet. It is just a short trip to beaches, cafes, supermarket, bars and shops.
We are around 23km drive to Wellington City.

As there are stairs Maggie's place is not suitable for people who have access difficulties. There are two showers, in the downstairs bathroom the shower is over a bath. The laundry has washing machine, ironing equipment, dryer and tub. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hot plates,microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, jug, waste master. The lounge area has a TV, heat pump, blue tooth sound bar and opens out onto a secluded lawn area surrounded with trees and native birds. There is safe off street parking in a car port attached to the building.

The house is stand alone with all areas available to guests. You are minutes away from the bus stop and a 10/15 minute walk to the train which is a 20minute ride into Wellington.
