It has a floor area of 28 sq.m., terrace, great ocean view, and natural sunset experience at the 10th floor of City Scape Residences with basement and front parking lot.
Inside the condo, there is a queen sized bed (with extra mattress) which is perfect for the family. It has toilet and bath, hot/cold shower, fridge, microwave, built in hair dryer in the bathroom, split type aircon, flat screen tv with cable and other building amenities, such as swimming pool and elevator.
There is no need to worry. The City Scape Residences has 24-hour security guards on duty, convenience store, and laundry at the ground floor.
It is also accessible, few minutes away from SM City, a soon to open Ayala mall and City Walk, Robinson’s Place.
