Hiking, biking, kayaking, canoeing, tubing and rafting all close by on the Potomac and Shenandoah rivers. Rural neighborhood off the beaten path. Please note that there are steep stairs leading to this second floor suite and it is not handicap accessible. This is a non-smoking property.

Please note that our neighborhood is rural. The back yard is home to lots of deer who think it’s their yard! And the neighbor “cat lady” takes in lots of cats. Don’t be surprised if one is on the deck when you come out but don’t let them in! They will over run us!!!
