This is a room in a four bedroom apartment on the second story of a building shared by my roommate (Aaron) and I. We are located in beautiful Hermosa Beach less than half a mile from the water.
I work in construction and right now Aaron is working from home. We love to host AirBnb guests and our reviews reflect that. What’s ours is yours. We love when guests cook in our kitchen and feel comfortable enough to relax in our living room.

This a shared space unit in wonderful city of Hermosa Beach. 5 mins from the beach.
Perfect for:
- anyone looking to lose at Chess
- people who don’t mind uber eats
- anyone doing deep thinking
- time away
- work from home
- exploring LA as his, her or it’s new home
- couples looking to stay in their room
- smokers (who don’t do meth)
- free spirits
pretty much anyone who doesn’t think this is a hotel.
My roommate will work over the house using his essential oil remedies to keep us all safe. He’s pretty good at keeping the place tidy and clean. With the whole COVID situation. We clean regularly, and multiple times a day in all common areas so don’t ask us before booking if the place is clean. My roommate will be offended haha. He works very hard to make sure everyone is comfortable.
Please feel free to move around the house as if it were your own home. Just do your dishes. My roommate hates dirty dishes sitting in the sink.

No designated parking spot. Street parking only. It is plentiful but please read the signs
