Do you need a home that can accommodate a large group? Our 4600+ sq. ft. is up for grabs this year.
Last house in a quiet cul de sac west of Hwy 41 & only 1.52 miles from EAA grounds. Home has AC in 1/2 of home, 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths + half bath, laundry room w/ updated washer/dryer, attached 2 car garage w/ extra spot on the side for add'l car or RV! The basement is practically a separate apartment. It features 1 bedroom, large living space, bathroom w/ shower, small dining table, & sink.

We would also be willing to provide additional air mattresses (aerobeds) and linens as requested at no additional charge to you!
Air conditioning is only located in bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Kitchen, dining room, living room, half bathroom, and family room are NOT air conditioned but do stay fairly cool.
*** We are currently decorating, furnishing our "forever" home - pictures are not exclusively representative of furniture because what we are adding is even better!!

Full access to home including outdoor space, garage, grill, appliances, basic kitchen staples such as sugar, flour and will provide WIFI password.
