With a Queen size bed, a desk in the bedroom, a comfortable Lazyboy sleeper/sofa and well laid out living room with Smart TV (high speed WiFi), and another desk. 15% off for 7 nights, 30% discount for a month or more. Located on a cul-de-sac so very quiet and hidden! Great place to base out of for your needs whether they are for work or for visiting. The Casita is attached via a breezeway to a larger house where a family lives. Table expands to allow up to six for supper! Entry into building is one step up.

The Casita is in a cul-de-sac populated by retirees and families with children. Please drive slowly and carefully. North Newton's walkways are great for exercise with your feet or bike.
The nearby grocery store, Dillon's, has curbside pickup and delivery available. Boarding animals nearby at BlueSkiesPetCare or at a local vet.

When I'm not caring for my family, I enjoy being outside with gardening and our animals and appreciating the wildlife in the area (when they are not hunting my chickens ; ). I also maintain a couple of beehives.
I decided to start hosting for my Aunt and Uncle to help maintain their place when they are out of the country most of the year where they are involved in Music at a University. They have named their place their "Casita." I have since added a duplex and an apartment in the same neighborhood of North Newton. If you click on my photo (sometimes you need to click twice), you will find all my listings.
Since they are so close to many local events, I thought it would be a suitable fit for those needing a nice place to retreat without feeling like a hotel. I am fully vaccinated and respect social distancing.
